Description

A delightful ambrosia salad bursting with juicy fruits, mini marshmallows, and a creamy dressing, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (drained)
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 1 cup grapes (halved)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the mini marshmallows, drained pineapple chunks, drained mandarin oranges, halved grapes, and shredded coconut in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix together the whipped topping, sour cream, and sugar (if using) in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
