Description

Delicious baked ham and cheese sliders with a sweet and savory twist, perfect for gatherings or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 8 slices Sliced Ham
  • 8 slices Sliced Cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  3. Layer the sliced ham over the bottom halves, followed by the cheese.
  4. Whisk together the Dijon mustard, onion, and poppy seeds in a mixing bowl, then spread over the cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls back on to create sandwiches.
  6. Combine melted butter and garlic powder in a bowl, then brush over the top of the rolls.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Prep sliders ahead of time and refrigerate before baking for up to 24 hours. Can also use air fryer at 320°F (160°C) for quicker cooking.
