Description

A classic campfire dessert featuring bananas stuffed with chocolate and marshmallows, wrapped in foil and grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet or dark)
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Graham Crackers
  • Aluminum Foil (for wrapping)

Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
  2. Stuff the bananas with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  3. Wrap each banana tightly in aluminum foil.
  4. Grill or roast over a campfire for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Unwrap the bananas carefully and sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top.
  6. Serve and enjoy while warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle cinnamon or sea salt before serving. Can be made ahead by slicing bananas and prepping fillings.
