Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Prepare the sauce: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Marinate the salmon: Toss the salmon pieces in the creamy sauce and let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the skillet: Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil.
  4. Cook the salmon bites: Place the salmon bites in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
