- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Marinate the salmon: Toss the salmon pieces in the creamy sauce and let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Heat the skillet: Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil.
- Cook the salmon bites: Place the salmon bites in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
- Garnish and serve: Transfer the salmon bites out of the skillet and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Can be cooked in an air fryer or baked in the oven.
