Description

A delightful appetizer combining spicy jalapeños with creamy brie cheese, fresh blueberries, and a hint of honey, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 6 jalapeños, halved and seeds removed
  • 1 cup brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the brie, cream cheese, honey, blueberries, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Stuff each jalapeño half generously with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed jalapeños on a lined baking sheet, ensuring they don’t touch.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
