Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the brie, cream cheese, honey, blueberries, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Stuff each jalapeño half generously with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed jalapeños on a lined baking sheet, ensuring they don’t touch.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
