Instructions
- Combine warm milk, melted butter, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
- Stir in flour, salt, and egg until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm spot until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) as the dough rises.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
- Spread scrambled eggs, diced ham, and shredded cheese evenly over the surface.
- Roll the dough tightly from one edge and slice into even sections.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let them rise again for about 30 minutes.
- Brush the tops with melted butter before baking.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with hollandaise sauce before serving, if desired.
