Instructions
- Gather your ingredients. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract using the electric mixer until smooth.
- Pour the heavy whipping cream into a separate bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and airy.
- Start layering in a trifle dish or individual cups: spoon a layer of the whipped cream mixture, followed by ladyfingers or cake cubes, then sliced strawberries and blueberries. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of berries.
- Cover the trifle with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes.
