Description

A vibrant trifle featuring layers of creamy cheesecake, ladyfingers, and fresh summer berries, perfect for any festive occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup whipped topping (optional)
  • 1 package of ladyfingers or cake cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract using the electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Pour the heavy whipping cream into a separate bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and airy.
  4. Start layering in a trifle dish or individual cups: spoon a layer of the whipped cream mixture, followed by ladyfingers or cake cubes, then sliced strawberries and blueberries. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of berries.
  5. Cover the trifle with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Construct the trifle a day in advance for deeper flavors. Keep it well-covered to maintain freshness.
