Description

Delicious, easy-to-make pizza bombs filled with gooey cheese, savory pepperoni, and aromatic herbs, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the pizza dough onto a floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares.
  3. Place a heaping tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Add 1-2 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano.
  6. Fold the corners of each square into the center to form a ball and seal tightly.
  7. Roll each ball in your hands to ensure it’s sealed.
  8. Arrange on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  9. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For a make-ahead option, prepare and refrigerate before baking. You can also use an air fryer for a quicker option.
