- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the pizza dough onto a floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares.
- Place a heaping tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
- Add 1-2 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Fold the corners of each square into the center to form a ball and seal tightly.
- Roll each ball in your hands to ensure it’s sealed.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
For a make-ahead option, prepare and refrigerate before baking. You can also use an air fryer for a quicker option.
