Description

This indulgent dessert layers tender cinnamon roll dough with spiced apples and rich caramel, all topped with creamy icing for a delightful experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Cinnamon Roll Dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 cups Apples (tart varieties like Granny Smith)
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Caramel Sauce
  • 1 cup Icing (made from powdered sugar and milk or cream)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss the sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl; let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out your cinnamon roll dough to about 1/4 inch thick; cut into rectangles.
  4. Layer pieces of dough in a baking dish, add apple mixture, and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  5. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of dough.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Drizzle icing over warm layers and serve immediately.

Notes
