- 3 cups Apples (tart varieties like Granny Smith)
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Caramel Sauce
- 1 cup Icing (made from powdered sugar and milk or cream)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss the sliced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl; let sit for 10 minutes.
- Roll out your cinnamon roll dough to about 1/4 inch thick; cut into rectangles.
- Layer pieces of dough in a baking dish, add apple mixture, and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of dough.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Drizzle icing over warm layers and serve immediately.
