Description

A delightful side dish of roasted Brussels sprouts coated in a sweet and tangy orange marmalade glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1/4 cup Orange Marmalade or Orange Preserves
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Coat the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Glaze with orange marmalade before serving.

Notes

You can prepare Brussels sprouts a day in advance and store them in an airtight container. If short on time, use an air fryer at 375°F for about 15 minutes.
