A delightful side dish of roasted Brussels sprouts coated in a sweet and tangy orange marmalade glaze.

- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/4 cup Orange Marmalade or Orange Preserves
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- Coat the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Glaze with orange marmalade before serving.
Notes
You can prepare Brussels sprouts a day in advance and store them in an airtight container. If short on time, use an air fryer at 375°F for about 15 minutes.
