- 2 tbsp Jerk Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Onion

- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Sauté Chicken: In a non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and jerk seasoning. Cook until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add Vegetables: Toss in sliced bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic. Sauté until softened and fragrant, about 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in Cream: Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer gently until the sauce thickens.
- Combine Pasta and Cheese: Add drained pasta and shredded cheese. Mix well to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce, then adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Garnish and Serve: Plate the dish and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes. Substitute chicken with veggies for a vegetarian option.
