Description

A vibrant and fluffy layered dessert featuring berry-flavored gelatin and creamy cheese filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of berry-flavored gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Graham crackers or sponge cake for layering
  • Fresh berries for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the berry-flavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water until fully combined. Stir in the cold water and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  2. Beat the cream cheese in another bowl until silky smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in another large bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer graham crackers or sponge cake on the bottom of a 9×13 dish, then spoon half of the cream cheese filling and half of the set gelatin over it.
  5. Repeat the process with another layer of graham crackers or sponge cake, the remaining cream cheese filling, and the final layer of gelatin.
  6. Top with fresh berries, if desired, and cover the dish with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  7. Serve chilled, cutting the dessert into squares. Enjoy!

Notes

Make-ahead by preparing a day in advance for the best flavor. Try different gelatin flavors for variety.
