Description

A delightful dish featuring golden-brown crispy chicken breasts coated in Parmesan and served with a rich creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko preferred)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up a dredging station with flour, eggs, and the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Dredge the chicken by coating it in flour, dipping it in egg wash, and covering with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet and pan-fry each chicken breast for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Sauté garlic in the skillet, add heavy cream, and stir until the sauce thickens, seasoning to taste.
  7. Plate the crispy chicken, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with parsley.
