- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package ranch seasoning mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or pasta for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by placing it in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Mix the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, and cream cheese in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Add mushrooms on top if using.
- Set the crock pot to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Season with salt and pepper when cooking is complete.
- Serve over rice or pasta, adding shredded cheese if desired.
