Description
A comforting, layered dish of ravioli, marinara, and cheese cooked effortlessly in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1 package frozen ravioli (cheese or meat-filled)
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 pound ground beef (or sausage)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the meat in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning it with salt and pepper.
- Layer half of the frozen ravioli at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Add half of the browned meat mixture over the ravioli.
- Dollop half of the ricotta cheese over the meat sauce.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, meat sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Consider adding sautéed vegetables for extra nutrition. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for easy cooking later.
