- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup berry jam or sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
- Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Beat the cream cheese: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold it together: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the pie: Pour half of the creamy filling into the crust.
- Add the berries: Scatter the mixed berries over the creamy base and drizzle with berry jam.
- Finish the filling: Pour the remaining filling over the berries.
- Swirl with jam: Lightly swirl the remaining jam on top.
- Chill: Refrigerate the pie for at least 240 minutes or until it sets nicely.
- Serve cold: Slice into wedges and enjoy.

For best flavor, prepare the pie a day in advance. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
