- 1 cup uncooked rice

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Combine the ground beef, ground pork, uncooked rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 inch in size.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the meatballs, cooking until browned.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs, cover, and reduce the heat to low.
- Simmer for about 30-40 minutes until the rice is tender.
- Serve hot, topped with additional marinara sauce if desired.
