Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and place your empty Dutch oven inside.
- Mix the flour, yogurt, sour cream, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl until a shaggy dough forms.
- Adjust the consistency by adding water if the dough feels too dry.
- Knead the dough gently on a floured surface for a few minutes.
- Shape the dough into a round loaf, and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
- Transfer the loaf into the preheated Dutch oven, cover it, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden-brown.
- Cool the bread for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
