- 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually blend the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the Fruity Pebbles and chocolate chips gently.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, placing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers look slightly undercooked.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
