Description

A delightful Funfetti Cheesecake Cake combining fluffy cake layers with a creamy cheesecake filling, all topped with whipped cream and vibrant sprinkles—a perfect celebration dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of funfetti cake mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two 9-inch round cake pans by greasing and flouring them.
  2. Combine the funfetti cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl until creamy.
  5. Allow the cakes to cool for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
  6. Spread the creamy cheesecake filling on top of one cake layer.
  7. Add the second cake layer on top of the cheesecake filling.
  8. Frost the top and sides of the cake with whipped cream.
  9. Add sprinkles on top to finish.
