- 1 box of funfetti cake mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two 9-inch round cake pans by greasing and flouring them.
- Combine the funfetti cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl until creamy.
- Allow the cakes to cool for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
- Spread the creamy cheesecake filling on top of one cake layer.
- Add the second cake layer on top of the cheesecake filling.
- Frost the top and sides of the cake with whipped cream.
- Add sprinkles on top to finish.
