Description

A comforting and flavorful meatloaf infused with garlic and topped with Parmesan cheese, creating a delightful culinary experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, and Parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add garlic, onions, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Knead the mixture gently until just blended.
  5. Shape the mixture into a loaf and transfer it into a prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for approximately 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Rest the meatloaf for 10 minutes before slicing.
