Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 3 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk until blended into a smooth marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken pieces thoroughly in the marinade.
  4. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Arrange the marinated chicken on a baking sheet.
