Ingredients

- 1 pound beef (sliced thinly, Ribeye or sirloin)
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Toss the sliced beef in the marinade and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- Spread the marinated beef and broccoli florets on a sheet pan in an even layer.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through until the beef is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
- Serve over warm cooked rice.
Notes
For best results, slice the beef thinly and do not overcrowd the pan during baking.
