Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound beef (sliced thinly, Ribeye or sirloin)

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

  2. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Toss the sliced beef in the marinade and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  4. Spread the marinated beef and broccoli florets on a sheet pan in an even layer.
