Description

A refreshing and healthy treat made with blueberries and yogurt, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Yogurt (Plain Greek or Flavored)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Fill the molds with the mixture, leaving space at the top.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. Release the pops by running warm water over the mold.

Notes

These pops can be customized with other fruits or a hint of vanilla. Store in the freezer for up to two weeks.
