Ingredients

- 1 cup Yogurt (Plain Greek or Flavored)
- 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Fill the molds with the mixture, leaving space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Release the pops by running warm water over the mold.
Notes
These pops can be customized with other fruits or a hint of vanilla. Store in the freezer for up to two weeks.
