Description

Delicious frozen bites combining creamy peanut butter and Greek yogurt, perfect for a high-protein snack or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips or chopped nuts, mixing evenly.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for at least 120 minutes or until solid.
  5. Remove the bites from the molds and transfer to an airtight container.

Notes

These bites can be stored in the freezer for up to three months. Adjust sweetness to your liking, and feel free to customize with different mix-ins.
