Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
- Trim the ends off the green beans.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- In a baking dish, layer the chicken breasts, followed by the sweet potatoes and green beans.
- Pour the sauce over the layered ingredients and gently toss to ensure everything is well coated.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the sweet potatoes are fork-tender.
