Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the honey, black pepper, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Coat each chicken breast evenly with the honey pepper mixture using a basting brush.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate chicken in the honey pepper mixture for up to 2 hours before cooking. This dish can also be made in an air fryer for even crispier results.
