- 2 cups Shredded Chicken
- 1 cup Cheddar or Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1 packet Ranch Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Fresh or Pickled Jalapeños, chopped
- 12 Buttery Rolls (Hawaiian style)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine your shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, jalapeños, and cheese. Stir gently until fully integrated.
- Slice your rolls in half horizontally, then arrange the bottom halves snugly in a baking dish.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each roll, pressing down lightly.
- Place the top halves over the filling, gently pressing down.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese melts and tops are golden.
- Once out of the oven, cut sliders apart and serve warm.
Notes
Consider using gloves when handling fresh jalapeños to protect your skin. Customize with additional toppings like bell peppers or avocado.
