- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 8 Slider Buns
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Oil for Frying
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
- Crunchy Toppings: Fresh lettuce, pickles, etc.
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Set up your dipping station with flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F.
- Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Make the bang bang sauce by whisking mayo, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha together until smooth.
- Assemble sliders by placing fried chicken on the bottom half of each bun, drizzling with sauce, and adding toppings.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
You can bread the chicken in advance and refrigerate it for a few hours. For less oil, consider baking or using an air fryer.
