Description

Delicious chicken sliders with a crispy coating and a flavorful bang bang sauce, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 8 Slider Buns
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Oil for Frying
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
  • Crunchy Toppings: Fresh lettuce, pickles, etc.

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Set up your dipping station with flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F.
  5. Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Make the bang bang sauce by whisking mayo, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha together until smooth.
  7. Assemble sliders by placing fried chicken on the bottom half of each bun, drizzling with sauce, and adding toppings.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

You can bread the chicken in advance and refrigerate it for a few hours. For less oil, consider baking or using an air fryer.
