Ingredients

- 16 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (Parsley, Chives, or Dill)
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, fresh herbs, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Use a hand mixer on medium speed for a couple of minutes until well-blended and smooth.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts if desired for added crunch.
- Wrap the ball snugly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve on a beautiful platter alongside crackers and enjoy!
