Description

A creamy mozzarella cheese ball infused with fresh herbs and garlic, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (Parsley, Chives, or Dill)
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, fresh herbs, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Use a hand mixer on medium speed for a couple of minutes until well-blended and smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts if desired for added crunch.
  5. Wrap the ball snugly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve on a beautiful platter alongside crackers and enjoy!
