- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

- 2 teaspoons garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them on the baking sheet alongside the potatoes.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the chicken and potatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Add the green beans to the pan, tossing everything gently to coat.
- Return to the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are fork-tender.
