Description

Deliciously moist chocolate cupcakes infused with Oreo cookies, topped with creamy whipped frosting.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whole Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with colorful cupcake liners.
  2. Combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies using a spatula.
  4. Divide the batter among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  7. Frost each cupcake and top with a whole Oreo cookie.
