Description

A nostalgic dessert that combines creamy peanut butter and whipped cream layered with crunchy graham crackers, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • Graham crackers
  • Milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Combine the peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently using a rubber spatula.
  3. Layer graham crackers in an 8×8-inch baking dish to form the base.
  4. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers followed by the remaining peanut butter mixture.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  7. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

This cake can be made in advance and tastes even better as it sets. Consider adding chocolate or caramel layers for a twist.
