- 2 cups whipped cream
- Graham crackers
- Milk (as needed)
Instructions
- Combine the peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently using a rubber spatula.
- Layer graham crackers in an 8×8-inch baking dish to form the base.
- Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers followed by the remaining peanut butter mixture.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
- Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
This cake can be made in advance and tastes even better as it sets. Consider adding chocolate or caramel layers for a twist.
