Description

Slow-cooked pulled beef sandwiches with a delicious blend of barbecue sauce and spices, served on soft hamburger buns.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast snugly in your slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle in the sliced onion and minced garlic.
  3. Dust the beef with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the barbecue sauce generously over the top.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and set it on low for 8 hours.
  6. When cooking time is up, use two forks to shred the beef.
  7. Serve the glorious pulled beef on hamburger buns.
