- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Pickles (optional)
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast snugly in your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle in the sliced onion and minced garlic.
- Dust the beef with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the barbecue sauce generously over the top.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it on low for 8 hours.
- When cooking time is up, use two forks to shred the beef.
- Serve the glorious pulled beef on hamburger buns.
