- 8 oz chocolate (dark or milk, for coating)

Instructions
- Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreo cookies into your food processor and blitz them until you achieve fine crumbs.
- Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, blend the Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Shape the truffles: Roll portions into bite-sized balls, about one inch in diameter.
- Freeze the truffles: Lay them on a lined baking sheet and freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate: Melt chocolate until smooth in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle: Coat them in the melted chocolate and let excess drip off.
- Decorate: While the chocolate is soft, add sprinkles or crushed Oreos as toppings.
