- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Cooked rice for serving

Instructions
- Whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a medium mixing bowl.
- Place the chicken into the slow cooker and pour the sauce over it.
- Cover and set the slow cooker to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Mix the cornstarch with the water in a small bowl about 30 minutes before the cooking time is complete.
- Stir the cornstarch mixture into the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
- Shred the chicken with two forks back into the sauce and blend well.
