Description

Ingredients

  • Tomato Paste
  • Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the meatballs by combining ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Brown the meatballs in a skillet with olive oil, cooking until they are browned on all sides.
  4. Make the sauce by adding canned tomatoes and tomato paste to the skillet, scraping any browned bits.
  5. Combine the browned meatballs with the sauce and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
  6. Finish the spaghetti by coating it lightly with olive oil and serve topped with meatballs and sauce.

Notes
