Description

A delicious and versatile Sugar-Free Pepper Jam made with ripe bell peppers and apple cider vinegar, perfect for elevating your meals.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped peppers (red, green, or a mix)
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup erythritol or another sugar substitute
  • 1 tablespoon pectin
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine your chopped peppers, apple cider vinegar, water, and erythritol in a large pot.
  2. Stir gently until everything is blended harmoniously.
  3. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  4. Add the pectin and salt, stir thoroughly.
  5. Reduce the heat and allow the jam to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Carefully pour the hot jam into your prepared, sterilized jars.
  7. Seal them with lids while still warm for optimal preservation.
  8. Allow your jars to cool at room temperature before transferring them to the refrigerator.
