Description

A comforting casserole that combines the flavors of tacos and spaghetti, featuring a creamy cheese sauce, ground beef, and mixed vegetables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (like bell peppers and corn)
  • 1 cup creamy cheese sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; once tender, drain and set aside.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, draining excess fat.
  4. Stir in the taco seasoning, ensuring the meat is well coated. Add in the mixed vegetables and black beans, then mix in the creamy cheese sauce. Heat through.
  5. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the meat mixture in a large bowl, mixing until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading evenly. Crown with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

You can customize it with different vegetables and cheeses. Consider adding jalapeños for extra heat.
