Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan thoroughly with butter or non-stick spray.
- Combine the mashed bananas and melted butter in a mixing bowl, stirring until well blended.
- Gradually stir in the sugar, then add the beaten egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Sprinkle in the baking soda and salt, blending it into the mixture.
